Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how long you have to return an item, how the return process works, what happens with exchanges and refunds, and what protection your purchase carries under our warranty. If anything here is unclear, our team is happy to help — see the Questions section below.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery — no reason needed. This applies to eligible items that meet the conditions described below. If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you may also benefit from a separate statutory right of withdrawal; for full details on that right, see our Right of Withdrawal terms.

How to return an item

Returning an order is simple and takes just a few steps:

  1. Email us at contact@languedoc.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Within one business day, we'll send you a return label by email.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, keep your proof of drop-off until the refund or exchange has been confirmed.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Goods must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Labels and protective films should remain undamaged and attached where applicable.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products are excluded from return once the seal has been opened, for health and safety reasons.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, and we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, colour, or item instead of a refund? We're happy to offer an exchange as an alternative — simply let us know your preference when you first contact us about your return, and we'll arrange it alongside your return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, in EUR, for the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Depending on your card provider or payment method, it may take a few additional days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

We accept the following payment methods, and refunds will always be returned via the same method used at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Warranty

Products purchased from us are covered by a warranty period of 2 years from the date of delivery, protecting you against manufacturing defects and non-conformity. If you believe an item you received is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us using the details below so we can assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
