Our Story
Built by People Who Grill Every Weekend
We build grills and ovens engineered to outlast the house they sit behind.
From One Overpriced, Underbuilt Grill
I spent just under $4,000 on a "premium" grill from a name I recognized from every backyard on the block. Two summers later, the firebox had rusted through, and the brand's warranty department wanted photos, a receipt, and six weeks before they'd even call back. When I finally cracked open the lid, the "stainless" panels were a thin veneer over stamped steel.
That's the gap we built Languedoc to close. We source 304 stainless from the same mills that supply restaurant kitchen equipment, and we work directly with the foundries that cast our burners — no licensing deal, no showroom markup, no name stamped on somebody else's factory output. Every grill and oven is priced to reflect what it actually costs to build well, not what a brand name can get away with charging.
We still test every burner by hand before it ships, and the person who answers our support line has assembled the grill you're calling about. That part hasn't changed since our first order, and it isn't going to.
